Excuse me while I kiss the sky.My brother is finally going to Afghanistan. He happens to have an overnight layover at Norfolk late thursday/early friday. I’m hoping I can drive on base to get him, and bring him off to see our parents. I’m the only person with decals/id, but I can’t escort anyone on if they’re civilian and yeah. I hope it works out because we haven’t seen him in 8 months, and he’s about to leave for 7 months.
